Commercial and technical background together and corresponding experience with all asset classes are the base for successful real estate investments. As a project development and consulting company, Arcanum can use around 20 years of experience in Austria and international for its customers or investment partners. In addition, a network of partners is available for planning, construction and utilization of joint projects.

Arcanum Immobilientreuhand – u. Beteiligungsges.m.b.H. was founded in 2013 and immediately bought the first property for a first real estate project development. Managing director and sole shareholder is Mr. Roland Brazda, MSc, education technical high school and Danube University Krems "Real-Estate", owning commercial licenses in accordance to Austrian law BGBL II, 2003 - No. 58, "Real Estate Trustee - law" (includes real estate developers, real estate managers, real estate agents). Previously worked for many years in real estate development companies for large projects of all asset classes in Austria and CEE / SEE - countries:
